When I import a video on the timeline and after, when I listen the preview the audio doesn't work. My files are in MOV format.
there are several reasons that could cause your problem.
can you report to us the ivsEdits version number and the OS where it is installed?
What is the source of your movie? Please you should specify camera model or the way you have used to create these mov files.
Have you tried to use the option to force file conversion to dps file format at import stage?best regards
