I have a bone to pick with you guys. You let me believe the whole time I was editing my video that this software was free. And it is, "free"..until you go to export your clip. At which point there are no options to export to compressed video formats (Xvid, H264, Divx, etc). Just some very basic output formats like "Uncompressed AVI"
So all my time is now wasted, and any chance of me actually buying your encoder has just gone down the drain. Good job. So this is my warning to anyone who comes across this software and hopefully stumbles across this forum along the way.

ivsRecode as you have reported is not free but it is not involved in exporting phase. It is used only to recode source clips to the MJPEG Codec (DPS) that allows a faster video feedback during editing phase but it is not supported with ivsEdits LE version. About support to export AVI Dvix files we will investigate if it will can be added with upcoming version 4.0. To learn more about ivsEdits LE limitations/feature you could visit this page: Compare

I hope you are well :-) Please excuse me but I don't understand your frustation. ivsEdiltsLE, as you can see from the Compare page ( http://www.ivsedits.com/default/compare.aspx ) supports several file output options (all listed on the website, there is no hidden limitation).
AVI Uncompressed is one of them (export options) and allow you to export without any quality loss and then, if you'd require a format that is not supported by ivsEditsLE, you can use any free or commercial converter to get what you need.
As you can read, the lack of the ivsRecode bundle is specified too, and, as Roberto already answered, its workflow is not the one you suppose. So, no need to warn anybody :-)
