A. If you want to reset the password and your AOL not sending verification code, check your recovery options. Whether your phone number is registered, here are the steps to check.
Sign in to your AOL account and move to the Account Security page.
Then, under “Verification Methods”, examine the phone number or email address.
If there is no number and email address, select “Add Email or Add Phone Number” to add one.
Now, follow the on-screen guidance to enter and verify your new recovery info.
After adding the phone number, try to reset the password.
