I think that you mean "How to export my video", right?

To export your timeline into video files you have to place the purple bar on the timeline segment that you want to export and choose the desired file extension from the I/O menu. Please read the user guide on page 56 for more informations about it, I think it is well explained there. Then if you have more questions, post them here.
