When dealing with Outlook, you may be surprised to find that Outlook stuck on loading profile. When you log on as an administrator, first open Outlook by right-clicking on Outlook, then choosing the "Run as administrator" option". You can also disable your internet connection and allow Outlook to function in offline mode.
